What would you do for a Klondike Bar???

Everyone remembers that catchy jingle, well I will for quite some time.

Last night after dinner, I went to the freezer for a Klondike bar. This Klondike was not like others it was one of the new versions, you know Jellybean chocolate or Triple Chocolate Almond Fudge Roasted Coffee. This was the Carmel Pretzel Klondike. Yum!! I grabbed it from the freezer and started walking the whole time admiring the gold package folded so perfectly so very pretty! I was walking downstairs and I was so mesmerized by the Klondike bar that I missed the first step and fell. Let me clarify, I fell on my arm, I caught myself while protecting the Klondike bar, I ended up scraping my arm from elbow to wrist. I was in so much pain, Ro started nervous laughing asking "Are you OK?". I wasn't OK, I was hurt and my Klondike had done this to me! Why Klondike why did you ruin something so perfect.. so tasty?

After the "Klondike Avalanche" as I am referring to it now I threw the uneaten Klondike back in the freezer and used a few choice words sending it into the back by the frostbitten corn.

Today I was reminded of the episode, every ten minutes, since I rest my arm on my desk at work and I kept hurting it over and over. In the end I know what I would do for a Klondike bar...

Only eat in kitchen were no stairs are involved.

I'm glad you did not get hurt worse! I would have put the thing and me out of our misery and eaten the whole thing. (after I was done crying.) Love Mom

I hope you have gotten over your anger with the Klondike because to swear of Klondikes would in the end be more painful than the fall. Love your
Auntie
