And I'm Oprah!

Let me first say that I love Oprah, I think she is an outstanding woman and does numerous outstanding things with her fame.
However, we switched over the station and caught her special tonight and she was talking about her childhood. They showed her walking down a dirt road too the place her childhood home was, where she lived with her grandmother and mother.
She recalled a time when her grandma was hanging up laundry and her grandmother said something like "now you watch me do this so you will be able to do this some day" Oprah then states her thoughts as a 4 year old child "no I won't do that some day!" I found it hilarious that she said that. I just pictured Oprah as a 4 year old thinking, "I will be the richest person in the world and will have mere common folk do my laundry." I pictured her face as a cartoon character and her eyes blinking and dollar bill signs showing. $$$$

Hello...Is it me your looking for?

Ode to Lionel Richie. I love that song. So its been some time and all I have to say is what a winter. We have been having bitter cold temps with the worst air in the nation and now we are sitin pretty in the 50's. Got to love Utah.

So to the real meat of this post we went to a Jazz game on Monday they played the Bulls. If you didn't know Ben Wallace who use to play for my beloved Pistons traded himself to the Bulls. That was the main reason we wanted to see this game because of Ben. When we first arrived at the newly named "Energy solutions Arena" most people here call it the toxic waste arena or something to do with nuclear waste since that is what Energy solutions does. I thought, what if Ben touched some toxic waste would he think about all of the regrets of his life like leaving the greatest team in the world? NO he would think about how is pockets are filled with gazillions of dollars. JERK!! No really I do love him I just think I haven't finished my grieving. All these nervous feelings melted away when I saw him come out to the floor and start playing. I thought how big he must be in real life, we were sitting 1 seat from the top in the upper bowl, it didn't matter though. I wanted to scream "BEN, HELLO IS IT ME YOUR LOOKING FOR?" the most dedicated Piston fan in Utah? No he is looking for money lots of dirty Chicago money, again not done with the bitterness phase either. I was like the lady in the Lionel's video I am making a clay sculpture of Ben's head, with head band and full picked out fro. Except I am not blind I know that when I am done with that sculpture I will have to burn it to the ground like I need to with his #3 Pistons jersey.

That leads me into my last thought "Wwwwwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiii (why)" - Annie Lennox.
